One of the goals of the centre of tax documentation and studies is a promotion of the tax law knowledge. to accomplish this aim the centre organises:
- Competition for the Best Doctoral Thesis on Tax Law. In 2013 the first edition of this competition took place, including theses defended between 1 January 2007 and 31 December 2010.
- Student Competition for the Best Dissertation on Tax Law. As part of the competition, a student conference takes place, during which students from many Polish universities present the main points of their works. The winners of the competition receive monetary and book prizes. So far 27 editions of the competition have taken place.
